Shipping Policy

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours unless it is a custom made item or a large volume order. We ship to the US and its territories only. We use USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

Avrille D Designs is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by the carrier, Avrille D Designs no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
